Terms & Conditions cuci 365 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cuci 365 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services provided by cuci 365. These Terms take effect from the date you register an account or first use any cuci 365 service, whichever comes earlier.

• Personal Use: A cuci 365 account is for personal use only and must not be used on behalf of another person or for any commercial purpose.

Cuci 365 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close the account of any user found not to meet these eligibility requirements, without the need to provide a reason.

The cuci 365 account registration process is straightforward and can be completed in under 3 minutes. However, there are important responsibilities you must understand and comply with throughout the lifetime of your account.

• Password: You are fully responsible for keeping your cuci 365 account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including cuci 365 staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Identity Verification (KYC): cuci 365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other supporting documents, in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Account Security: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the cuci 365 support team immediately via live chat or email at support@cuci365.biz.
• Latest Information: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date, particularly your phone number and email address, for notification and transaction verification purposes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, for security and anti-fraud purposes.
• Cuci 365 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM10,000.

Cuci 365 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms, which must be read carefully before claiming any promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: The first deposit bonus of up to RM500 is available to new members only and may be claimed once. This bonus is subject to a 5x rollover requirement before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Rollover Requirement: All cuci 365 bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be fulfilled within the stipulated period. The rollover requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus value.
• Bonus Expiry: Unused bonuses will expire automatically 30 days from the date of issuance, without further notice.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are valid for specific game categories only. Wagers placed with bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward the rollover requirement.
• One Active Promotion at a Time: Only one active promotion is permitted at a time. Attempting to combine multiple promotions without cuci 365's authorisation is a violation of these Terms.

All bets placed on the cuci 365 platform — whether on Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, E-Sports, virtual sports, or Table Games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Final: All settled bet outcomes are final. cuci 365 does not accept any requests to cancel or amend bets that have been placed and confirmed by the system.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. These limits are clearly displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your bet.
• System Error: In the event of a technical error or system failure during a bet, cuci 365 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the user's account.
• Odds: All odds displayed by cuci 365 are in decimal format and include the original stake value. Odds may change until your bet is confirmed by the system.
• Live Betting: For live (in-play) betting, cuci 365 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time during a match, particularly during critical phases of play.
• Official Results: All results are based on the official outcome announced by the relevant sports or game governing body. Any unofficial or invalid results will not be recognised.

Cuci 365 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward dishonest conduct, fraud, and platform abuse. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Opening or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing betting limits
• Use of automation software, bots, or any technology that manipulates the cuci 365 system
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account
• Any attempt to conduct money laundering through the cuci 365 platform
• Bonus abuse or exploiting vulnerabilities in the cuci 365 promotions system
• Coordinating bets with other users to guarantee risk-free profits (matched betting in violation of our terms)
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with cuci 365's security systems

Cuci 365 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account under the following circumstances:

• Users found to be in breach of any terms set out in this document
• User fails to complete identity verification (KYC) within the stipulated timeframe
• Account activity shows signs of fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse
• User requests account closure for personal reasons or responsible gambling purposes
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cuci 365 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, including bonuses and winnings linked to fraudulent activity. • Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial service providers
